The Job matrix shows in which roles functions are required, now and in the near future. The final job classification system is designed in such a way that you can achieve your intended strategic objectives. And that it stimulates employees to make their contribution, where their qualities are the best. The Job matrix provides employees with insight into their career paths.

After that, all individual employees are classified in the role model. For each employee it is determined what role level they have and how far they are in the development in what we call the pathway. We distinguish 4 levels in this; junior, medior, core and master. The result of this is a People matrix.

With the Job and People matrix, the organization has insight into what the ideal / vital organization looks like (Job matrix) and what reality looks like (People matrix).
