If you have been asked to coach an employee on his/her goals: 

  • You will gain insight into the ambition of the employee. 
  • Can you track their progress.
  • You can write an update on the ambition. 


The coach can not mark checks as done or close the ambition.


Updates are visible in Proodoss for the owner of the ambition. The owner of the ambition will also receive a notification by email
